Although it is quite relaxing to just chill in front of your TV, it can actually lead to health problems since having a more sedentary lifestyle can lead to being overweight and an increased risk of contracting to the cardiovascular disease.

Drink Moderately

Drinking just two glasses of wine or alcohol is sufficient enough. Also, drinking that amount of alcohol per day can decrease the risk of getting cardiovascular disease as well.

Watch Your Sugar Intake

You do not want to have excessive sugar intake as it can lead to health complications- especially increasing your risk of having type-2 diabetes.

Cut Down on Meat Consumption

Although meats contain protein, too much consumption can lead to health complications. As much as possible, you would want to limit your consumption of meat and instead focus more on other protein sources such as poultry and fish.

Stop Smoking

If you are smoking cigarettes regularly, it is time for you to stop. Smoking can lead to lung cancer and may lead to skin-related diseases as well.

Live Your Passion

If you want to travel around the world, learn a new sport, or just about anything that makes you happy, then do them as this can lead to even better mental health.
